Staff and location could not have been more outstanding. I got free upgrade and loved it. Well-maintained pool too. Nice garden outside. Hotel was great priced.

Spotless and known place with outstanding staff. The service was thoughtful, I had 2 perfect nights here. Cool delicious drinks, juices, great cocktails and martini in the cafe bar, convenient parking place.

Facilities were surprisingly good, though internet connection was low.

There were amazing location and staff for a good stay. Lots of food at breakfast, I loved eggs, hot waffles, fresh fruit, cookies and bread. Pool was nice and there was a simple restaurant on site.

Every detail was first class from the beginning, including staff and location, I loved it. Big bedroom and luxury bathroom. Perfectly based in a business area. Comfortable reception. A such wonderful stay.

we really loved our stay here. the hotel was in a shopping area. apart from that, long bien bridge was 5 minutes away by driving. the buffet breakfast was satisfying, staff quickly refilled empty items.

Helpful staff & the hotel is in a shopping area. Great breakfast and unbeatable location. For dinner we chose New Day Restaurant, that was 300 metres from the venue. Welcome base for city break in Hanoi: )
